Common use of Parking Charges Clause in Contracts

Parking Charges. Tenant shall pay for such parking privileges at the prevailing monthly rates from time to time charged by the operator or operators of the Garage, whether or not such operator is an affiliate of Landlord. Such monthly parking charges for parking privileges shall constitute Additional Rent and shall be payable monthly as directed by Landlord upon billing therefor by Landlord or such operator. Tenant acknowledges that said monthly charges to be paid under this Section are for the use by the Tenant of the parking privileges referred to herein, and not for any other service.

Tenant shall pay for such parking privileges Total Number of Parking Privileges subscribed to from time to time by Tenant at the applicable prevailing monthly rates from time to time charged by the operator or operators of the GarageGarage (the “Garage Operator”) for unreserved parking privileges, whether or not such operator is an affiliate of LandlordLandlord or Garage Owner. Such monthly parking charges for parking privileges shall constitute Additional Rent and shall be payable monthly as directed by Landlord upon billing therefor by Landlord or such operator. Tenant acknowledges that said monthly charges to be paid under this Section are for the use by the Tenant of the parking privileges referred to herein, and not for any other service.
