Part I: Technical Bid i. The Technical Bid submitted should be complete in all respects and contain all information asked for in this document. It should not contain any price information.
ii. The following original documents are required to be submitted along with the technical bid:
a. Scanned copy of the bid security in the form of a demand draft or equivalent Bank Guarantee from commercial Bank along with the Technical Bid to be submitted online and the original copy of EMD DD/BG.
b. The documents as requested in Annexure – A are to be submitted.
c. Bidder should comply to all the technical specifications mentioned in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇.
d. All the Annexures should be submitted on letter head of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s company and duly signed with seal of the company. Self-attested photocopies of relevant documents / certificates are to be submitted as proof in support of various information submitted in aforesaid annexure and other claims made by the Bidder.
e. The Bidder should ensure that all the annexures are submitted as prescribed by the ReBIT. In case it is not in the prescribed format, it is liable to be rejected.
Part I: Technical Bid i. All Sections and Annexures are the part of Technical bid. All the sections and annexures must be signed by the Tenderers.
ii. Tenderer must fill all the details specified in different section and attached the leaflet /necessary documents/brochure of product etc.
iii. EMD shall be part of Technical bid the amount of EMD is indicated Important Information given above/n Notice Inviting Tender.
iv. Tenderers must submit all documents for prequalification criteria and other documents as stated in the tender by uploading scanned copy of all documents on ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇.
Part I: Technical Bid. 1 TWO PART TENDER APPLICATION
I / We hereby agree to hold the Limited Tender offer valid for acceptance for a period of not less than 180 days from the date of opening of Part –I Technical bid.
I/ We understand that the Limited Tender on acceptance will be valid for a period of One year (2024 – 2025) Twelve (12) months and extendable up to 3 (Three) months on the same terms and conditions from the date of execution of the agreement.
