Pre-qualification. Pre-qualification shall not be used for simple goods. Normally, post-qualification shall be used. When pre-qualification shall be required:
(a) eligible bidders (both national and foreign) shall not be denied pre-qualification; and
(b) invitations to pre-qualify for bidding shall be advertised in at least one widely circulated national daily newspaper a minimum of 30 days prior to the deadline for the submission of pre-qualification applications.
Pre-qualification. The Pre-qualification tender/ PART -1 technical bid will contain the under mentioned aspects pertaining to the prospective contractor about their suitability capacity, financial status, antecedents, past performance etc., The tenderer should furnish the Photostat copies of the following documents duly attested by a Gazatted Officer/Notary Public and enclose along with the tender part-I technical bid .
12.1. The tenderer should have minimum One year experience on or before the date of submission of Tender documents in Production, preparation of Dairy products or Frozen products on contract basis to any organization.The Federation reserves the right to inspect any organization where the tenderer provided labourers on contract basis. The copies of Registration or work order should be enclosed as documentary evidence.
Pre-qualification. Pre-Qualification is the process by which Trade Contractors may be prequalified for the Project as described in Section 4.7.

When pre-qualification is not used, the qualifications of the bidder recommended for contract award shall be assessed by post-qualification, applying minimum experience, technical and financial requirements, which shall be explicitly stated in the bidding documents.

Pre-qualification. Testing Controlled substance testing will shall be part of UPS’ regulated pre-qualification conditions for feeder driver positions. Drivers will shall be advised in writing prior to the application process that pre-qualification testing will shall be conducted to determine the presence of controlled substances. Applicants will shall be required to acknowledge in writing an understanding of this request before they receive an application.
Pre-qualification. The Contracting Authority intends to pre-qualify 5 Applicants to submit a Tender. The Applicant should initially read the entire tender documents carefully before submitting the Application. The Applicant must clearly and unambiguously specify which legal entity is the Applicant and thus liable towards the Contracting Authority. The person signing and submitting the Application pursuant to the Tender Documents must be authorised and qualified to do so. This applies regardless whether the Application has been submitted by a single operation or a consortium or another association of undertakings. Initially, the Applicant’s request for pre-qualification will be assessed against its qualifica- tions. The most qualified Applicants are then invited to submit a Tender. First, the Applicant's request is evaluated on the basis of a number of minimum requirements regarding qualification, which the Applicant must satisfy in order to qualify for pre-qualifi- cation. Subsequently, if the number of qualified Applicants exceeds the number of Applicants which the Contracting Authority intends to pre-qualify, a selection is made between the qual- ified Applicants, cf. section 8.2.

The Federation reserves the right to inspect any organization where the tenderer provided labourers on contract basis. The copies of Registration or work order should be enclosed as documentary evidence.
12.2. The contractor should submit the qualification certificate of the designated chef whom he used to deploy the production activities.
12.3. Whether details of minimum Annual Turnover of Rs.30 lakhs along with profit and loss statement audited by certified practicing auditor for last financial years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.
12.4. Remittance of EMD amount of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) by means of Demand Draft/Banker’s cheque drawn in favour of the “Joint Managing Director TCMPF Ltd., Chennai“ payable at “Chennai” from any nationalized/ scheduled bank payable at Chennai. It shall be enclosed with the Part-I Technical Bid. If the tender is submitted through e – tendering, then the EMD can also be paid through online in TN tender portal under “Tamilnadu Co- operative Milk Producers Federation Ltd”.
12.5. The tenderer should furnish the attested copy of the work order and attendance register, wage register or EPF or ESI challans, GST challans
12.6. The tenderer should produce all the above mentioned documents in original for verification when called for.
12.7. The Federation reserves the right to reject the offer of a tenderer who had either been black listed or show cause notice issued or prematurely terminated for non-performance of work either in part or full in the Federation or in any District Unions previously during the last 3 years.
