Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the most economically advantageous offer to UK Sport against the following weighted factors: Overall Price 60% Value for money based on experience offered 20% Any Added Value Services offered 20% Total 100% Knowledge and experience of working within High Performance Sport, in particular with elite coaches 40% Technical knowledge and experience of people 20% development, in particular non-technical coaching skills Experience in delivering/facilitating interactive sessions, with the content and style tailored to the specific needs of the audience 20% Experience & ability to provide 1:1 mentoring and constructive feedback to individuals 10% Ability and experience of working effectively with other members of a team 10% Total 100%
10.2 The winner will be Tenderer with the highest score against the above criteria.

Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the most economically advantageous offer to UK Sport against the following weighted factors: Charge Out Rates (Hours/Daily Rate)/Annual Fee 75% Added Value Services (i.e. free training and seminars, discounted rates etc) 25% Total 100% Ability and approach to undertake internal audit function of public sector grant making body 25% Technical, experience and knowledge of the supplier and delivery staff engaged in the audit programme and ability to call specialist auditing skills in areas of IT; best value and fraud prevention 20% Proposals for number of Internal Audit days against the requirement 15% Demonstration of understanding UK Sport‟s main risk management issues and proposals to configure audit programme against risks to UK Sport 15% Audit methodology in areas of approach to assignments, reporting confidentiality, ensuring continuity 15% Proposals for support and effective reporting to Audit Committee members 10% Total 100%
11.2 After evaluation under paragraph 11.1 the scores will be moderated. The top 5 (five) Tenderers with the highest score against the above criteria will be invited to an interview with UK Sport. Any tenderers who are not selected to pass through to the interview stage will be notified in writing which shall include, the award criteria, score of the Tenderer, the names and scores of those that were selected to interview, and their participation in this tender process shall end.
11.3 At interview the selected tenderers will be invited to answers questions from a panel. That panel will moderate scores in response to interview questions. The answers to the questions shall be marked in accordance with paragraph 12 below. The winner shall be the tenderer with the highest score. The unsuccessful Tenderers notified in writing which shall include, the award criteria (interview questions), their overall score of the Tenderer, the name and score of the successful Tenderer.

12.2 The successful tenders shall be responsible for the discharge of all legal obligations under various labour legislations in force.

12.4 No column should be left blank in the commercial bid. In such case the tender will not be considered for evaluation.
12.5 All inclusive end rate shall be considered for evaluation of lowest offer.
