PART MONTH PAYMENTS AND DEDUCTIONS. 1. The rate of deduction for a day without pay shall be defined as 1/200th of the current annual salary of the teacher. 2. Any prescribed day on which the teacher is on an authorized leave of absence shall be deemed to be a day of work and deductions which are authorized by this agreement in respect of such leave of absence shall be made from the teacher’s monthly pay. In the event that a teacher commences work on a day other than the first prescribed school day in that month, or terminates on a day other than the last prescribed school day in that month, the formula for payment for that month shall be the greater of the following amounts: a. 1 20th of regular monthly salary for each day taught; or
