PART MONTH PAYMENTS AND DEDUCTIONS. 1. The rate of deduction for a day without pay shall be defined as 1/200 of the current annual salary of the teacher. 2. A teacher shall be paid 1/10 of current annual salary in respect of each month in which the teacher works all prescribed school days that month. 3. In the event that a teacher commences work on a day other than the first prescribed school day in that month, or terminates on a day other than the last prescribed school day in that month, the formula for payment for that month shall be the greater of the following amounts: - a. 1 20 of regular monthly salary for each day taught; or
