Part-Time Assignment. The length of the work day for part-time unit members shall be designated by the District. At the beginning of the school year and for the term of this Agreement, part-time positions shall be assigned a fixed, regular, and ascertainable minimum number of hours which shall be not less than four (4) hours per day.
