Part-time Classified Employees Medical Coverage. a. For employees of the Board hired prior to August 21, 2012: The Board shall pay the full single or family coverage for each of the medical insurance coverages listed for all classified employees who work a minimum of twenty (20) hours per week and were under contract to the Board of Education prior to July 1, 1981. The Board of Education agrees to pay the following for all regular classified employees employed after July 1, 1981 subject to Section c. above.
