Partial and Full Reconveyance. Agent may release, for such consideration or none, as it may require, any portion of the Property without, as to the remainder of the Property, in any way impairing or affecting the lien, security interest and priority herein provided to the Agent as to any other lien holder or secured party. Further, upon satisfaction in full of the Secured Obligations, a sale of all or a portion of the Property in accordance with the terms of the Purchase Agreement, or upon Agent's written request, and upon surrender of this Deed of Trust or certified copy thereof and any note, instrument or instruments setting forth all obligations secured hereby to Trustee for cancellation, Trustee shall reconvey, without warranty, the Property or that portion thereof then held hereunder. The recitals of any matters or facts in any reconveyance executed hereunder shall be conclusive proof of the truthfulness thereof. To the extent permitted by law, the reconveyance may describe the grantee as "the person or persons legally entitled thereto". Neither Agent nor Trustee shall have any duty to determine the rights of persons claiming to be rightful grantees of any reconveyance.
