Partial-Building Scenario. When the proposed lease space does not account for all rentable space within a given building or is not separately metered by the utility provider, a computer-based simulation shall be performed that computes the expected annual energy consumption for the proposed lease space. The results of the computer-based simulation shall be used to generate the Energy Star rating. Note: An Energy Star rating for the entire building in this scenario will not be accepted.
