Partial Exemption From Coverage. A member whose spouse is also employed with the Company shall not be entitled to coverage, other than coverage for life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, continuance of earnings and long term disability benefits, if he is covered as a dependent under the spouse's Extended Health Benefit Plan, except that this exemption will not apply when the spouse ceases to be an employee of the Company.
