Common use of Partial Month Clause in Contracts

Partial Month. If the Rent Commencement Date occurs on a day other than the first day of a month, rent from such day until the first day of the following month shall be prorated based upon the number of days in such month and shall be payable, in arrears, on the first day of the first full calendar month following the Rent Commencement Date (and, in such event, the installment of rent paid at execution hereof shall be applied to the rent due for the first full calendar month following the Rent Commencement Date).

Partial Month. If the Rent Commencement Date occurs on or a day Subsequent Rent Commencement Date is other than the first day of a month, rent Rent (defined in Article 50.12), including, without limitation, Base Rent, due from such day date until the first day of the following month shall be prorated based upon the number of days in such month and shall be payable, in arrears, payable on the first day of the first full calendar month following the Rent Commencement Date (and, in such event, or the installment of rent paid at execution hereof shall be applied to the rent due for the first full calendar month following the Subsequent Rent Commencement Date), as applicable.

Partial Month. If the Rent Commencement Date occurs on is a day other than ------------- the first day of a month, rent from such day until the first day of the following month shall be prorated based upon (at the number rate of days in such month one-thirtieth (1/30) of the fixed monthly rental for each day) and shall be payable, in arrears, on the first day of the first full calendar month following the Rent Commencement Date (and, in such event, the installment of rent paid at execution hereof shall be applied to the rent due for the first full calendar month following the Rent Commencement Date).

Partial Month. If the Rent Commencement Date for a given Phase occurs on a day other than the first day of a month, rent Minimum Rent for that Phase from such day until the first day of the following month shall be prorated based upon (on the basis of the number of days in such during the first month within the term of this Lease) and shall be payable, in arrearsadvance, on the first day of the first full calendar month following the Rent Commencement Date (and, in such event, the installment of rent paid at execution hereof shall be applied to the rent due for the first full calendar month following the Rent Commencement Date)that Phase.

Partial Month. If the Rent Commencement Date occurs Term of this Lease begins on a day other than the first day of a month, rent Minimum Rent from such day until the first day of the following month shall be prorated based upon (on the basis of the number of days in such during the first month within the Term of this Lease) and shall be payable, in arrearsadvance, on the first day of the first full calendar month following the Rent Commencement Date (and, in such event, the installment of rent paid at execution hereof shall be applied to the rent due for the first full calendar month following the Rent Commencement Date).
