The City of Milwaukee, by its Milwaukee Board of School Directors, shall pay the Contractor for the full and complete performance of the work, the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($365,500.00) as provided in the General Conditions of the Contract.
Renewal of the Agreement The Parties shall start the process for renewal of the agreement at least 60 days prior to the date of the expiry of the existing Interconnection Agreement. Administrative and Operating Expenses Charged to the Judicial Council The Judicial Council may reimburse the Contractor for itemized administrative and operating expenses, pursuant to this exhibit, that are reasonable, allowable, and allocable in performing the Work of this Agreement, provided that the Judicial Council first approves such charges via one (1) or more BEO’s that set forth the final details on these items.
Extension of Probation The probationary period shall be regarded as part of the testing process and shall be utilized for closely observing the employee's work, for securing the most effective adjustment of an employee to a new position, and for rejecting any probationary employee whose performance does not meet the required standards of work. The Fire Chief may recommend, and the City Manager may extend, an employee's normal probationary period by a maximum of six months in two-month increments.
Courts The parties agree that the State and Federal courts in The City of New York shall have jurisdiction for purposes of enforcement of their agreement to submit Disputes to arbitration and of any award of the Arbitrator.
