Common use of Partial Year Distribution Clause in Contracts

Partial Year Distribution. It is agreed that those individuals who retired during a current year would receive a pro-rata distribution based on that current year’s base wages earned. The same will also apply to individuals who left the hourly work force during the duration of this agreement. For employees terminated for disciplinary reasons, no pro-rata distribution will be made.
