Participant as Principal. If a Participant or subscriber has any interest in property for which a Property Data Sheet has been submitted, the listing of which is to be disseminated through the Association, that person shall disclose that interest when the listing is filed with the Association and such information shall be disseminated to all Participants.

  • Reallocation to a Class with an Equal Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the employee remains in the position and retains existing appointment status.
