Participant Classes and Fees. InCommon defines classes of Participants in the FOPP. Participant classes are Higher Education, Research Organization, Support Consortium, and Sponsored Partner. Participant Fees, including a registration fee and an annual participation fee, shall be paid in accordance with procedures listed on Participant’s invoice, within 60 days of receipt of such invoice.

Participant Classes and Fees. Classes of Participants. InCommon defines, and may change from time to time, different classes of InCommon Participants. Different classes may receive different services, may have different roles in InCommon activities, and may be liable for different fees and/or dues. Currently defined classes are Higher Education Institutions, Research Organizations, Support Consortia, and Sponsored Partners (as defined in the FOPP). Participant is primarily (check only one): Higher Education [ ] Research Organization [ ] Support Consortium [ ] Sponsored Partner [ ] Participant Fees. Participant fees are assessed on a one-time or annual basis and are not refundable. Registration Fee. Each InCommon Participant, including Participant, must pay a registration fee (“Registration Fee”), as defined in the attached InCommon Fee Schedule, to cover initial identification and authentication costs and expenses incurred by InCommon. Annual Participation Fee. Each InCommon Participant, including Participant, shall be required to pay annual fees (“Annual Participation Fees”), as defined in the attached InCommon Fee Schedule. Participant acknowledges that the Annual Participation Fees may be modified by the InCommon Steering Committee, as necessary, to support the management and operations of InCommon and to respond to the needs of new applications and services. The Annual Participation Fees shall be annually assessed and payable on or before January 1st of each year, unless either the Participant or InCommon has given written notice of termination of this Agreement at least 90 days prior to January 1 or within 30 days from the date of notice of Annual Participation Fees, whichever is later.

  • Are There Different Types of IRAs or Other Tax Deferred Accounts? Yes. Upon creation of a tax deferred account, you must designate whether the account will be a Traditional IRA, a Xxxx XXX, or a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account (“CESA”). (In addition, there are Simplified Employee Pension Plan (“SEP”) IRAs and Savings Incentive Matched Plan for Employees of Small Employers (“SIMPLE”) IRAs, which are discussed in the Disclosure Statement for Traditional IRAs). • In a Traditional IRA, amounts contributed to the IRA may be tax deductible at the time of contribution. Distributions from the IRA will be taxed upon distribution except to the extent that the distribution represents a return of your own contributions for which you did not claim (or were not eligible to claim) a deduction. • In a Xxxx XXX, amounts contributed to your IRA are taxed at the time of contribution, but distributions from the IRA are not subject to tax if you have held the IRA for certain minimum periods of time (generally, until age 59½ but in some cases longer). • In a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account, you contribute to an IRA maintained on behalf of a beneficiary and do not receive a current deduction. However, if amounts are used for certain educational purposes, neither you nor the beneficiary of the IRA are taxed upon distribution. Each type of account is a custodial account created for the exclusive benefit of the beneficiary – you (or your spouse) in the case of the Traditional IRA and Xxxx XXX, and a named beneficiary in the case of a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account. U.S. Bank, National Association serves as Custodian of the account. Your, your spouse’s or your beneficiary’s (as applicable) interest in the account is nonforfeitable.

  • Rollovers of Xxxx Elective Deferrals Xxxx elective deferrals distributed from a 401(k) cash or deferred arrangement, 403(b) tax-sheltered annuity, 457(b) eligible governmental deferred compensation plan, or federal Thrift Savings Plan, may only be rolled into your Xxxx XXX.

  • Forfeitures If a Member who was partially vested in his Account on the date of his termination of Employment returns to Employment, his Years of Employment prior to the Break(s) in Service shall be included in determining future vesting and, if he returns before incurring 5 consecutive one year Breaks in Service, any Units forfeited from his Account shall be restored to his Account, including all interest accrued during the intervening period; provided, however, that if such a Member has received a distribution pursuant to Article VII, his Account Units shall not be restored unless he repays the full amount distributed to him to the Plan before the earlier of (i) 5 years after the first date on which the Member is subsequently reemployed by the Employer, or (ii) the close of the first period of 5 consecutive one-year Breaks in Service commencing after the withdrawal. The Units restored to the Member's Account will be valued on the Valuation Date coinciding with or next following the later of (i) the date the Employee is rehired, or (ii) the date a new enrollment application is received by the TPA. If a Member terminates Employment without any vested interest in his Account, he shall (i) immediately be deemed to have received a total distribution of his Account and (ii) thereupon forfeit his entire Account; provided that if such Member returns to Employment before the number of consecutive one-year Breaks in Service equals or exceeds the greater of (i) 5, or (ii) the aggregate number of the Member's Years of Service prior to such Break in Service, his Account shall be restored in the same manner as if such Member had been partially vested at the time of his termination of Employment, and his Years of Employment prior to incurring the first Break in Service shall be included in any subsequent determination of his vesting service.

  • Narrow Participation Retirement Fund A fund established in Guernsey to provide retirement, disability, or death benefits to beneficiaries that are current or former employees (or persons designated by such employees) of one or more employers in consideration for services rendered, provided that:

  • Account Balances Balances shown in your accounts may include deposits subject to verification by us. The balance reflected in the Service may differ from your records due to deposits in progress, checks outstanding, or other withdrawals, payments or charges. A transfer request may not result in immediate availability because of the time required to process the request. A transfer request must be made before the Business Day Cut-off time to be effective the same Business Day. The balances within the Service are updated periodically and the Service will display the most current "as of" date on the "accounts" summary page. There may be situations that cause a delay in an update of your balances. The Service will use the most current balance available at the time of a transaction to base our approval for account transfers.

  • Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and Employer Contributions a) The FTE used to determine the Board’s benefits contributions will be based on the average of the Board’s FTE as of October 31st and March 31st of each year.

  • Participating Class Members The Administrator will send, by U.S. mail, a single check to every Participating Class Member (i.e., every Class Member who doesn’t opt-out) including those who also qualify as Aggrieved Employees. The single check will combine the Individual Class Payment and the Individual PAGA Payment.

  • Elective Deferrals An Employee will be eligible to become a Contributing Participant in the Plan (and thus be eligible to make Elective Deferrals) and receive Matching Contributions (including Qualified Matching Contributions, if applicable) after completing 1 (enter 0, 1 or any fraction less than 1) Years of Eligibility Service.

  • Pre-Award Costs Pre-award costs are those incurred prior to the effective date of the award directly pursuant to the negotiation and in anticipation of the award where such costs are necessary to comply with the proposed delivery schedule or period of performance. Such costs are allowable only to the extent that they would have been allowable if incurred after the date of the award and only with the prior written approval of the Department.

  • Multiple Individual Retirement Accounts In the event the depositor maintains more than one Individual Retirement Account (as defined in Section 408(a)) and elects to satisfy his or her minimum distribution requirements described in Article IV above by making a distribution from another individual retirement account in accordance with Item 6 thereof, the depositor shall be deemed to have elected to calculate the amount of his or her minimum distribution under this custodial account in the same manner as under the Individual Retirement Account from which the distribution is made.
