PARTICIPANT FEE SCHEDULE. Exhibit B to the Agreement sets forth RECOLORADO’s Participant Fee Schedule in effect on the Effective Date. RECOLORADO may modify and update the Participant Fee Schedule at any time by a thirty (30) day prior notice to PARTICIPANT from RECOLORADO which may be given in any manner, including by email, facsimile or notice posted on RECOLORADO’s website.
