Common use of Participant Sponsored Holder’s Rights Clause in Contracts

Participant Sponsored Holder’s Rights. 2.2.1 Subject to Clauses 2.1.3 and 2.1.4, the Participant will initiate any Transfer, Conversion or other action necessary to give effect to Withdrawal Instructions within two (2) Business Days of the date of the receipt of the Withdrawal Instructions.

Participant Sponsored Holder’s Rights. 2.2.1 3.1 Subject to Clauses 2.1.3 clauses 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 and 2.1.42.6, the Sponsoring Participant will initiate any Transfer, Conversion or other action necessary to give effect to Withdrawal Instructions within two (2) Business Days of the date of the receipt of the Withdrawal InstructionsInstructions or except as detailed above.
