Common use of Participating Communities Clause in Contracts

Participating Communities. The term "Participating Community" or "Participating Communities" shall mean the municipal corporation or corporations existing under the laws of the state of Florida, located within the COUNTY that enter into this Standard Agreement with COUNTY for Participation in the Consolidated Regional E-911 Communications System.
