Participation and Process. A. The Union shall provide the Employer with the names of its committee members at least ten (10) calendar days in advance of the date of the meeting in order to facilitate the release of the employees. B. Employees attending committee meetings during their work time shall have no loss in pay. Attendance at meetings during employee’s non-work time will not be compensated for or considered as time worked. Employees attending pre-meetings during their work time will have no loss in pay for up to thirty (30) minutes per committee meeting.
