Common use of Participation in Retirement, Medical and Other Plans Clause in Contracts

Participation in Retirement, Medical and Other Plans. During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall be eligible to participate in the following benefit plans: group hospitalization, disability, health, dental, sick leave, life insurance, travel and/or accident insurance, auto allowance/auto lease, retirement, pension, and/or other present or future qualified plans provided by the Bank, generally which benefits, taken as a whole, must be at least as favorable as those in effect on the Effective Date.

Participation in Retirement, Medical and Other Plans. During ---------------------------------------------------- the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall be eligible to participate in the following benefit plans: group hospitalization, disability, health, dental, sick leave, life insurance, travel and/or accident insurance, auto allowance/auto lease, retirement, pension, and/or other present or future qualified plans provided by the Bank, generally which benefits, taken as a whole, must be at least as favorable as those in effect on the Effective Date.

During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall be eligible to participate in any benefit plans maintained by the following benefit plans: Bank or the Company, including group hospitalization, disability, health, dental, sick leave, life insurance, travel and/or accident insurance, auto allowance/auto lease, retirement, pension, and/or other present or future qualified retirement and pension plans provided by the Bank, generally which benefits, taken as a whole, must be at least as favorable as those in effect on the Effective Date.
