Banking Industry Functions. The Employee may devote reasonable time to attending seminars and meetings sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, the American Bankers Association and other banking or educational organizations at the expense of the Bank.

The Executive may devote reasonable time to attending conventions, seminars and meetings sponsored by the Pennsylvania Banking Association, American Bankers Association and other banking or educational organizations at the expense of the Bank or Comm Bancorp, as the case may be. Such attendance at conventions will be approved by the Board of Directors of the Bank.
