Common use of PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT. This Agreement is made between: (1) the employer set out in Appendix A - Parties Bound, and (2) the Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Union, Western Australian Branch (‘LHMU’) in respect of employees employed pursuant to Clause 5(2).
