Operations Covered. The execution of this Agreement on the part of the Employer shall cover all employees of the Employer in the bargaining unit at any existing centers, new centers, new trailer repair shops, new air hubs and gateway operations, new buildings, and any other new opera-

The execution of this Addendum on the part of the Employer shall cover all part-time employees of the Employer in the bargaining unit at any centers, new centers, buildings, and any other operations of the Employer within the jurisdiction of the Local Unions signa- tory to this Sort Addendum as determined or may be determined by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, with regard to wages, hours and other conditions of employment.
Operations Covered. The execution of this Agreement on the part of the Employer shall cover all driveaway operations, within, into and out of the states of California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Montana, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming.
Operations Covered. (a) The execution of this Supplemental Agreement (hereinafter re- ferred to as Agreement) on the part of the Employer shall cover all over-the-road operations of the Employer within, into and out of the area and territory described herein and shall cover all truck drivers, helpers, dockmen, warehousemen, checkers, power lift operators, supervising dockmen, yardmen, receivers and such other employees as may be presently or hereafter represented by the Union, engaged in local pickup, delivery and assembling of freight within the area located within the jurisdiction of the Local Union not to exceed a radius of fifty (50) miles, except as specifically permitted herein or whereby mutual agreement exceptions of the fifty (50) mile radius have been made, such exceptions shall be submitted in writing to the Joint Union and Employer State Committee for approval or disap- proval within six (6) months. Any future agreement, before being put into effect, must be approved by the Joint State Committee.
(b) The above applies, except as provided in Appendices “C” and “E”.
(c) The Employer agrees that by becoming a signator to this Agree- ment, that such Agreement shall be with the New York State Team- sters Freight Division, which is comprised of all the Local Unions mentioned herein, and shall be binding upon all parties.

The execution of this Supplemental Agreement on the part of the Employer shall cover all over-the-road and local operations of the Employer within, into and out of the area and territory described above. All operations and work covered herein shall be performed exclu- sively by employees covered by this Agreement.
Operations Covered. The execution of this Supplemental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) on the part of the employer within, into, and out of the Area and Territory described above. This Supplemental Agreement is supplement to and becomes a part of the ABF Master Freight Agreement, hereinafter referred as the “ABF National Master Agreement”, and the ABF New Jersey – New York Area General Trucking Supplemental Agreement for the period commencing April 1, 2008 2013 which Master Agreement shall prevail over the provisions of this Supplement in any case of conflict between the two, except as such Master Agreement may specifically permit. Questions arising out of alleged conflicts shall be submitted directly to the ABF National Grievance Committee. A breakbulk terminal may be established upon the mutual agreement of the Employers and the Local Unions as long as such agreements are equal to the standards established by the Joint Area Committee, such standards are to be worked out within ninety (90) days of the signing of the ABF National Master Freight Agreement.

The execution of this Supplemental Agreement on the part of the Employer shall cover all over-the-road operations of the Employer within, into and out of the Area and Territory described above and shall cover all truck drivers, helpers, dockmen, warehousemen, checkers, power-lift operators, hostlers, and such other employees as may be presently or hereafter represented by the Union, engaged in local pickup, delivery and assembling of freight within the area located within the jurisdiction of the Local Union, except as provid- ed in Article 53, Sections 1 and 5 of this Agreement.
