PARTIES TO THE CONTRACT. This agreement, hereinafter referred to as the “Contract," shall be between the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, hereinafter referred to as DCF, and the Contractor listed on the signature pages, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor” and/or “Provider” for the procurement of commodity or services listed, according to the terms set forth in this Contract. The Contractor shall not have exclusive rights to provide all supplies or services covered under this Contract during the term of the Contract or any extension of the Contract.
