This Memorandum of Understanding, hereinafter called the "MOU” is made by and between the City of Culver City, California, hereinafter called the "City", and Xxxxxx City Management Group, hereinafter called “CCMG”, representing the full-time, non-safety general management employees. This MOU is made pursuant to the California Government Code Section 3500, et seq.
