Partner Authorities' responsibilities. The Partner Authority who employed the relevant Transferring Employees immediately prior to the Transfer Date shall be responsible for all emoluments and outgoings in respect of the relevant Transferring Employees, including without limitation all wages, holiday pay, bonuses, commissions, payments of PAYE, national insurance contributions, pension contributions and otherwise, up to the Transfer Date (whether or not due for payment at the Transfer Date).
