Common use of Partner or Child Paraplegia, Quadriplegia, Hemiplegia and Triplegia Clause in Contracts

Partner or Child Paraplegia, Quadriplegia, Hemiplegia and Triplegia. If during a Period of Insurance the Partner or a Child of a Director or Employee suffers Bodily Injury which results in Paraplegia, Quadriplegia, Hemiplegia or Triplegia of the Partner or Child, the Insurer will pay the Policyholder the amounts shown in the Schedule of Benefits.
