Common use of Parts and Service Clause in Contracts

Parts and Service. If and to the extent that, during the Term, Licensee offers after sales service and spare parts to Customers on the XXX.xxx Site, which shall be at Licensee's sole discretion, Licensee shall, for [*] following expiration or termination of this Agreement, provide comparable after sales service and spare parts to Customers as provided by Licensee immediately prior to such expiration or termination.
