Passenger Ride Time. No one rider shall spend more than one hour (time limit subject to change by HTA) on a vehicle during any one way trip, if a trip is less than twenty miles. For trips at least twenty miles, the passenger time on the vehicle is limited to ninety minutes. This policy will be reviewed by the HTA and is subject to change.
