Passwords and Security. 3.1 You are responsible for keeping your passwords secure, and you agree not to disclose your passwords to any third party. 3.2 You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your user names and accounts, including any sub-accounts. If you lose your passwords or the encryption keys for your accounts, you may not be able to access your backup data. [Note: Without this Encryption Key, SDSL are unable to restore client’s data. SDSL are unable to change or reset the Encryption Key. SDSL do not know or store any passwords].
