Your Use of the Service. 2.1 You must not use the Service to access Internet Services, or send or receive e-mails, which:
2.1.1 are defamatory, threatening, intimidatory or which could be classed as harassment;
2.1.2 contain obscene, profane or abusive language or material;
2.1.3 contain pornographic material (that is text, pictures, films, video clips of a sexually explicit or arousing nature);
2.1.4 contain offensive or derogatory images regarding sex, race, religion, colour, origin, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition or sexual orientation;
2.1.5 contain material which infringe third party’s rights (including intellectual property rights);
2.1.6 in our reasonable opinion may adversely affect the manner in which we carry out our business; or
2.1.7 are otherwise unlawful or inappropriate;
2.2 Music, video, pictures, text and other content on the internet are copyright works and you should not download, alter, e-mail or otherwise use such content unless certain that the owner of such works has authorised its use by you.
2.3 We may terminate or temporarily suspend the Service if we reasonably believe that you are in breach of any provisions of this agreement including but not limited to clauses 2.1 to 2.3 above.
2.4 We recommend that you do not use the service to transmit or receive any confidential information or data and should you choose to do so you do so at your own risk.
2.5 The Service is intended for consumer use only. In the event that you use the Service for commercial purposes we would specifically refer you to clause 5.2 below.
Your Use of the Service. Your right to use the Service is personal to you and is not transferable or assignable by you to any other person or entity. In order for us to provide the Service to you, you must keep your email address, cell phone number and other profile and registration information current and accurate. Your access to the Service may be interrupted from time to time for various reasons, including but not limited to equipment malfunction, periodic updating, maintenance or repair, or other actions that we or our service providers may elect to take in our sole discretion. You shall not use the Service, or allow the use of the Service, for any illegal purpose or in a way that violates any foreign, federal, state or local law, rule, regulation, ordinance or order.
Your Use of the Service. 7.1 You must not use your SIM Card or Mobile Device (or allow it to be used) for any illegal, fraudulent, or immoral purpose or to make offensive or nuisance calls. We may report any incidents to the police of any other relevant official organization.
7.2 You must not use you SIM Card or Mobile Device with any equipment, which has not been approved for use on the Network. If you are not sure, you should ask the person selling the equipment or you can call the following helpline number: 01273 615600.
7.3 You agree to follow all reasonable instructions we provide you with regarding your use of the Service (for example, fair usage policy), the SIM Card and the Network and provide us with any information we reasonably ask for.
7.4 You must tell us immediately if your name, company name, address, bank account or credit card details change.
7.5 You agree not to use SMS or the SMS Land to Mobile Text Messaging Service for the purpose of marketing or advertising anything to users for wireless services without the consent of those users.
7.6 You agree that in respect of SMS, Xxxxxxxxx is acting as a service provider and as such has no knowledge of, involvement with, or liability for the specific content of any text messages sent to the Users SIM Cards, which do not originate for the Service Provider.
7.7 You may establish, install or use a GSM Gateway for your own private purposes only, provided that it adheres at all times to the Network Operators policies in respect of the use of private GSM Gateways.
Your Use of the Service. 3.1. You will not use the Service in any way that would constitute or contribute to the commission of a crime, tort, fraud, or other unlawful activity (including activities deemed unlawful under a complainant’s legal jurisdiction) (“Laws”). You will indemnify, and keep us fully indemnified, against all costs, claims, demands, expenses, and liabilities arising out of, or in connection with, any claim that the Service (or its use) infringes any Laws.
3.2. You warrant that any material and / or communication received, transmitted, hosted, or otherwise processed using the Service will not be menacing, of a junk mail or spam like nature, illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, promote illegal or unlawful activity, or be otherwise actionable or in violation of any rules, regulations, or laws to which the Service is subject, and will not infringe the intellectual property rights of TelcoSwitch Limited, techsapiens Ltd or any third party. You will indemnify and keep us fully indemnified against all costs, claims, demands, expenses and liabilities arising out of or in connection with any breach or reasonably suspected breach of this Clause
3.3. You shall agree that:
3.3.1. all Equipment will be housed in accordance with our or our subcontractors’ instructions,
3.3.2. Equipment shall be kept at the Customer’s premises and stationary at all times,
3.3.3. the Customer will not add, modify, relocate, reconfigure or in any way interfere with the Equipment,
3.3.4. the Customer will not cause the Equipment to be removed, repaired, serviced or otherwise attended to except by authorised representatives,
3.3.5. the Customer will not remove, tamper with or obliterate any words or labels from the Equipment of any parts thereof
3.3.6. the Customer will not use the Equipment except in accordance with such written instructions as may be notified by us or our subcontractor from time to time.
Your Use of the Service. You may use the Service if you are at least 18 years of age. Use by persons under 15 years is not permitted. Use by persons 15-17 years of age required that you first obtain the consent of your parent or guardian. You acquire your right to use the Service as a private person and may not enter into this User Agreement on behalf of any company or firm, nor may you transfer your right to use the Service to any other person or entity. An active email address is required in order for you to be able to send a job application or receive an interview invitation. Your access to the interview is the personal link sent to your email. You agree to keep your access link confidential and not to share such link with any third party. You bear the responsibility and liability in respect of all actions carried out by use of your access link. You shall immediately notify the Service Provider in case there is any reason to believe that your access link may have been disclosed to a third party. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information. The Service Provider reserves the right to restrict or terminate your ongoing user rights (use privileges) at any time in the event that the Service Provider has reason to suspect misuse of your access link or otherwise. You are responsible for acquisition, installation, maintenance and operating costs related to all devices, software and telecommunications connectivity and access services necessary for your use of the Service and that such devices, software and services do not cause hindrance, interference or other damage or disadvantage to the Service Provider or to other users of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the information security in respect of your devices and software. The Service Provider shall not have any liability for the destruction, loss or change to any of your materials. You agree and confirm that: • no materials provided by you are illegal, libelous, threatening, indecent or otherwise objectionable or unsuitable for publication; • you have undertaken reasonable measures to find and remove possible viruses or other harmful properties in the materials provided by you; • all materials provided by you are owned by you and that you have full right to provide such material to the Service Provider and the Employer; • the materials provided by you shall not include any confidential or other information that you have no right to disclose and that the use and onward disclosure of such materials will not ...

4.2 You warrant that any material and / or communication transmitted, hosted, or otherwise processed using the Service will not be menacing, of a junk mail or spam like nature, illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, promote illegal or unlawful activity, or be otherwise actionable or in violation of any rules, regulations, or laws to which the Service is subject, and will not infringe the intellectual property rights of Xxxxxx Technology Limited or any third party. You will indemnify and keep us fully indemnified against all costs, claims, demands, expenses and liabilities arising out of or in connection with any breach or reasonably suspected breach of this Clause 4.2.
Your Use of the Service. Your use of the Service shall be governed by the provisions of Condition 3 of the Conditions. You agree to report any fault with the Service to us as soon as possible.

You will indemnify and keep us fully indemnified against all costs, claims, demands, expenses and liabilities arising out of or in connection with any breach or reasonably suspected breach of this Clause 4.2.
4.3 You agree that:
4.3.1 all Equipment will be housed in accordance with our or our subcontractors’ instructions,
4.3.2 Equipment shall be kept at your premises at all times,
4.3.3 you will not add, modify, relocate, reconfigure or in any way interfere with the Equipment,
4.3.4 you will not cause the Equipment to be removed, repaired, serviced or otherwise attended to except by our authorised representative,
4.3.5 you will not remove, tamper with or obliterate any words or labels from the Equipment of any parts thereof,
4.3.6 you will not use the Equipment except in accordance with such written instructions as may be notified by us or our subcontractor from time to time,
4.3.7 you will not use any Equipment not approved in writing by us.
Your Use of the Service. 7.1 You must not use your SIM Card or Mobile Device (or allow it to be used) for any illegal, fraudulent, or immoral purpose or to make offensive or nuisance calls. We may report any incidents to the police or any other relevant official organisation.
7.2 You must not use your SIM Card or Mobile Device with any equipment, which has not been approved for use on the Network. We are not responsible for any damage arising to equipment due to any such use, nor are we liable for any usage problems.
7.3 You agree to follow all reasonable instructions we provide you with regarding your use of the Service (for example, fair usage policy), the SIM Card and the Network and provide us with any information we reasonably ask for.
7.4 You must tell us immediately if your name, company name, address or bank account details change.
7.5 You agree not to use the SMS or SMS-LTMTMS for the purpose of marketing or advertising anything to users for wireless services without the consent of those users.
7.6 You agree that in respect of SMS, Xxxx Systems Ltd is acting as a service provider and as such has no knowledge of, involvement with, or liability for the specific content of any text messages sent to the Users SIM Cards, which do not originate from the Service Provider. You grant us and our Network Provider a royalty free, perpetual and worldwide license to store, transmit or otherwise deal with any content you upload on the Service.
7.7 In relation to any Age Restricted Services, Premium Service and/or International Usage for which your Service is enabled, it is your responsibility to monitor access to these and you are responsible for any use of these services on any Mobile Device in your possession. We can restrict access to services, but only where we have been asked in writing to do so.
7.8 Where you have provided us with a Password, we will require this to be provided before making amendments to your service. Passwords are your responsibility and should be kept confidential.
7.9 Ofcom legislation requires that all services contracted after 1st October 2018 can have billing limits applied to them. Xxxx Systems will automatically set up every new service to bar once 100% of any data allowance under the contract has been used and with International calling restrictions in place. Customers will need to contact us in writing to amend any restrictions.

You warrant that any material and / or communication received, transmitted, hosted, or otherwise processed using the Service will not be menacing, of a junk mail or spam like nature, illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, promote illegal or unlawful activity, or be otherwise actionable or in violation of any rules, regulations, or laws to which the Service is subject, and will not infringe the intellectual property rights of easyNetworks or any third party. You will indemnify and keep us fully indemnified against all costs, claims, demands, expenses and liabilities arising out of or in connection with any breach or reasonably suspected breach of this Clause 5.2.
5.3. You agree that:
5.3.1. All Equipment will be housed in accordance with our or our subcontractors’ instructions,

5.3.8. You are responsible for maintaining all in life changes by using the online portal. You agree to pay our standard charges applicable at the time where you request us to make changes on your behalf.
