Patient Rights Condition of Participation. To the extent applicable, Provider shall comply with the Patient Rights Condition of Participation that hospitals must meet to continue participation in the Medicaid program, pursuant to 42 CFR Part 482. For purposes of this Exhibit, hospitals include short-term, psychiatric, rehabilitation, long-term, and children's hospitals. [Exhibit E, Paragraph 22]
