PAY DURING TEMPORARY TRANSFER. Based on the present salary schedules for the Salaried Employees' Association, when employees are required by the Corporation to relieve in another classification, and perform the essential duties of that job, the following shall apply:

PAY DURING TEMPORARY TRANSFER. Based on the present salary schedules for the Salaried Employees' Association, when employees are required by the Corporation to relieve in another classification, and perform the essential duties of that job, the following shall apply:
a) IN LOWER RATED JOBS - when required to substitute for an employee who is receiving a lower rate of pay, they shall continue to receive their regular rate of pay.
