Pay for Accrued Sick Leave. After serving five (5) years in the District, a teacher who retires pursuant to the Vermont Teacher Retirement laws shall be paid the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) per day for each day of accumulated sick leave up to a maximum of seventy-five (75) days.
