Pay for Central. Negotiating Committee Union Negotiating Committee members up to a maximum of seven (7) shall be paid for time lost from their normal straight time working hours at their regular rate of pay and without loss of leave credits for attending central negotiating meetings with the Hospital Central Negotiating Committee in direct negotiations up to and including conciliation. If the parties are unable to arrive at a negotiated collective agreement through either direct negotiations or conciliation, the Hospital agrees that members of the Union Negotiating Committee shall receive unpaid leave for purpose of attending arbitration hearings.
