Pay-off Requirements. (a) The regular pay day will be on Thursday (holiday weeks excluded). When employee is laid off and requests pay, he shall be paid at time of layoff or within twenty-four (24) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. (b) Pay checks will only be mailed upon written request on forms to be made available to employees. Such request form shall conform to the request form set forth in Section 201 of the California Labor Code. (c) If, due to the fault of the Producer, an employee does not receive wages or salary on a timely basis, the Producer shall, within three (3) days after being so notified by the employee, issue a check in payment of same to the employee. (d) The Producer agrees to use its best efforts to break down overtime payments on the employee's pay check stub and to show amounts paid as meal penalties.
