Screen Credits. All Heads of Departments shall be given screen credits for services rendered. Employees have the right to refuse such screen credit if they so choose. All credits will be presented in readily readable colour, size, and speed.
Screen Credits. Except in the case of restrictions imposed by the broadcaster and/or the distributor, the Company will grant a screen credit to Department Heads, members of IATSE, corresponding to the position that appears in their Employment Contracts, unless another understanding has been reached beforehand in said Contracts. The Company shall continue to give credits in accordance with its Company policy.
Screen Credits. (a) Any Department Head or Key may negotiate a screen credit at the time of signing a Deal Memorandum.
(b) Notwithstanding any credit individually negotiated; in the case of features for theatrical distribution, all Department Heads and Keys employed for the run of the production on a weekly basis for at least one-third (1/3) of the shooting schedule, shall receive screen credit in their category in accordance with standard industry practice.
(c) In the case of made for television films or television series, screen credits will be given in accordance with Network Standards.
Screen Credits a) The Employer recognizes and agrees the insignia of the International Alliance is copyrighted and is the sole property of the International Alliance. The Employer hereby agrees to display the insignia as herein authorized, unless the Union advises otherwise, on any and all motion picture films or substitutes thereof, such as tapes or disks, recorded by any method and produced under the terms and conditions of the Agreement which carry screen or air credit title or titles. Said insignia is to be clear and distinct, and shall appear on a sufficient number of frames so as to be recognizable.
b) All individual screen credits shall be in accordance with industry custom and practice but subject to approval of Broadcasters and Distributors. Upon the request of any Employee on any production, the Employer shall provide a letter on the Employer's letterhead that confirms and attests that such Employee is or was an Employee on such production.
c) In addition to the foregoing, the following shall also appear with the Screen Credits: d) The Employer will provide I.A.T.S.E. with two (2) DVD copies of the Motion Picture covered under this Agreement when such copies become available.

The Employer hereby agrees to display the insignia as herein authorized, unless the Union advises otherwise, on any and all motion picture films or substitutes thereof, such as tapes, recorded by any method and produced under the terms and conditions of the Agreement which carry screen or air credit title or titles. Said insignia to be clear and distinct, and shall appear on a sufficient number of frames.
(b) All individual screen credits shall be in accordance with British Columbia film industry custom and practice but subject to approval of Broadcasters and Distributors. Upon the request of a Department Head on any production, the Employer shall provide a letter on the Employer's company letterhead that confirms and attests that such Department Head is or was a Department Head on such production.
Screen Credits. In accordance with the prevailing practice, all photography of productions, regardless of the size or type of recording medium used, must have the label of IATSE on each production, and individual Employees shall receive screen credit as follows:
(a) Whenever and as long as the practice prevails of giving screen credit to any individual, screen credit shall be given in a prominent place on the finished product to the Director of Photography of the production and the Director of Photography shall be so designated. After the Director of Photography’s name, if applicable, the letters “C.S.C.,” “A.S.C.” or “B.S.C.” shall appear if so requested.
(b) The term “prominent place” on Feature production and Television production, other than Episodic Television Series, means no less than a separate card, or its equivalent in a crawl, shared by no more than three names.
(c) All other Screen Credits shall be negotiated on an individual basis.
Screen Credits.
(a) In every place where screen credits must be given, the screen credits shall be written in a size and style of print which is legible and projected on a background which does not diminish the value of the credit. Screen credits shall not appear against a backgrou nd which consists of an advertising or commercial message.
(b) The screen credit for any Guild Member on any Motion Picture, or any copy, version, reprint or reproduction thereof, must always be according to his/her job classification as it appears on the Contract for Services and shall indicate the Guild Member’s job classification and name.
Screen Credits. In accordance with the prevailing practice, all photography of productions, regardless of the size or type of recording medium used, must have the label of IATSE on each production, and individual Employees shall receive screen credit as follows:
Screen Credits. In lieu of the screen credits provisions in the Majors Agreements, Employer agrees to discuss any requests for joint, shared, or dual screen credit with the affected Local union, consistent with industry practices;
Screen Credits. In order to advance the interests of the Producers, the bargaining unit and the Motion Picture Industry, the parties mutually agree to use their best efforts to accomplish the following objectives:
a. Except as otherwise provided in this paragraph C., screen credit shall be given to the Director, immediately next to the body of the show, with sufficient exposure time and on an unencumbered frame, except on television commercials. The parties shall also mutually confer on a program for publicity and advertising designed to enhance the prestige of the Director and to accord him appropriate recognition of his work.
b. In the instances where the entertainment motion pictures are produced, the DGA Basic Agreement will be observed with respect to screen credit for Directors, Unit Production Managers and First Assistant Directors.
c. Screen credits of appropriate size and prominence with relation to other credits shall be given the Unit Production Manager and First Assistant Director whenever credits are given to the Director, provided that the sponsor, if any, does not object thereto.
d. To the extent consistent with existing labor agreements, the Producer shall restrict the use of the words “Directed by” to those who perform the functions covered by this Agreement.
