Pay Proceeds Letter. Borrower shall have delivered to Lender a pay proceeds letter with respect to the disbursement of the proceeds of the initial Loans in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, which letter shall provide for, among other things, the payment or reimbursement of all costs and expenses incurred by Lender in connection with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
