Pay Rate. 1. Summer School teacher's pay shall be based on the Average Hourly Rate of Pay established in Article 20, Section E.5. 2. Should management elect to appoint a summer school teacher to perform summer school coordinating duties, the appointed summer school teacher shall receive a $500.00 stipend above the established summer school teacher’s pay.
