Common use of PAYE Clause in Contracts

PAYE. 13.1 The Company has properly operated the PAYE system by duly deducting tax from all payments made, or treated as made, to its employees or former employees, and accounted to the Inland Revenue for all tax deducted by it and for all tax chargeable on benefits provided for its employees or former employees.

PAYE. 13.1 (a) The Company has properly operated the PAYE system and has deducted tax as required by duly deducting tax law from all payments made, to or treated as made, made to its employees or former employees, of the Company and duly accounted to the Inland Revenue for all tax so deducted by it and for all tax chargeable on benefits provided for its employees or former employeesreturns required pursuant to section 203 ICTA 1988 and regulations made thereunder have been made and are accurate and complete in all respects.
