Payments made to payees in United States possessions/territories may require additional processing time beyond the standard 3-5 business day processing time for payees within the United States proper. In addition, you agree that the Service reserves the right to obtain financial information regarding your account from a merchant or financial institution to resolve payment-posting problems.
