Paying by credit card. If you are paying by credit card under Your Plan, you authorise us to charge your credit card or bank account for all fees payable under this Agreement. Paying by invoice If you are paying by invoice (if permitted by Your Plan), you must pay our invoices by the 20th of the month following the date of the invoice, without withholding, deduction or set-off of any kind. If you do not pay by the due date you will, if requested by us, pay: (a) interest, at the rate of 2% above the overdraft interest rate charged by our primary bank, on the amount due from the due date for payment until full payment has been made; and (b) all expenses (including legal costs on a solicitor-client basis) incurred by anyone in the recovery of any monies that you owe to us. Changing the fees We reserve the right to change the fees we charge for the Services at any time and we will provide advance notice of any change by written notice to you. However, any increase or decrease to our fees will not apply retrospectively. Your continued use of the Services or any Plugin after your receipt of notice of a change to the fees we charge for the Services will amount to your acceptance of the change. If you do not agree with any such change you must immediately stop using the Services and Plugins and end this Agreement under clause 13 (Ending the Services and this Agreement).

Paying by credit card. Prior to making the call, your credit card will be pre-authorised for £40 of Charges. If you are approaching the pre-authorised £40 limit during a call, you will be notified by a message. Upon termination of the call, any unused amount of the pre-authorised £40 will be credited to the credit card used for pre-authorisation.
Paying by credit card. Your payment will now be taken automatically on the schedule listed above if paying by credit card. Credit card information must be included on the form to guarantee payments are made by credit card. Cards will be charged on the dates listed above, if my card is declined, I will be contacted to provide another method of payment.

  • Payment by Credit Card Upon Customer’s written request and Comcast’s acceptance of such request, Comcast will accept certain credit card payments for charges generated under the Agreement. By providing Comcast with a credit card number, Customer authorizes Comcast to charge the card for all charges generated under this Agreement, until (i) this Agreement is terminated or (ii) Customer provides sixty (60) days prior notice that Comcast stop charging the credit card.   • Payments by Paying Agents The Fiscal Agent or each other Paying Agent acting through its respective Specified Office shall make payments of interest or, as the case may be, principal in respect of Notes in accordance with the Conditions applicable thereto (and, in the case of a Temporary Global Note, a Permanent Global Note, or a Global Registered Note, the terms thereof) provided, however, that:

  • Credit Card Payments If You pay for the APEX Service using a credit card (to the extent available), then: (a) You authorize Dell to periodically charge Your credit card for the APEX Service fees; (b) You will be subject to any additional terms presented to You by the third-party credit card payment processor (which will be the merchant of record for that transaction); and (c) You are responsible for keeping Your credit card information up to date. You agree that Dell may request that Your credit card payment issuer pre-authorize and hold an amount equal to the next recurring fee (or an estimate if the fee is variable) for the APEX Service in advance of its due date.

  • Account Alerts The Account Alerts service is a tool for managing accounts. By enrolling for Account Alerts, you expressly consent to the Credit Union communicating with you by email or text with contact information you have provided. Account Alerts should not be relied upon solely for account information. While the Credit Union makes every effort to ensure alerts are delivered as expected, there are conditions that may make the alerts unreliable such as, but not limited to: spam filters, relay detectors, inaccurate or obsolete email addresses, network or system failures, etc. The Credit Union recommends that the service be tested prior to regular use to identify any limiting conditions that may be present. The Credit Union does not guarantee the delivery of any account alert.

  • Upload of Current W-9 Required Vendors are required by TIPS to upload a current, accurate W-9 Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Tax Form for your entity. This form will be utilized by TIPS to properly identify your entity. You must confirm that you are responding to this solicitation under your legal entity name. Go now to your Supplier Profile in this eBid System and confirm that your profile reflects your "Legal Name" as it is listed on your W9.

  • Netting of Payments Subparagraph (ii) of Section 2(c) of this Agreement will apply to Transactions entered into under this Agreement unless otherwise specified in a Confirmation.
