Restrictions on Use of the Services. You agree not to use or permit use of the services, including by uploading, emailing, posting, publishing or otherwise transmitting any material, for any purpose that may (a) menace or harass any person or cause damage or injury to any person or property, (b) involve the publication of any material that is false, defamatory, harassing or obscene, (c) violate privacy rights or promote bigotry, racism, hatred or harm, (d) constitute unsolicited bulk e-mail, “junk mail”, “spam” or chain letters; (e) constitute an infringement of intellectual property or other proprietary rights, or (f) otherwise violate applicable laws, ordinances or regulations. In addition to any other rights afforded to SkillsTX under the agreement, SkillsTX reserves the right to remove or disable access to any material that violates the foregoing restrictions. SkillsTX shall have no liability to you in the event that SkillsTX takes such action. You agree to defend and indemnify SkillsTX against any claim arising out of a violation of your obligations under this section.

Restrictions on Use of the Services. You agree not to use or permit use of uAttend that violates applicable laws, ordinances or regulations. In addition to any other rights afforded to Workwell Technologies under the agreement, Workwell Technologies reserves the right to remove or disable access to any material that violates the foregoing restrictions. Workwell Technologies shall have no liability to you in the event that Workwell Technologies takes such action. You agree to defend and indemnify Workwell Technologies against any claim arising out of a violation of your obligations under this section.
Restrictions on Use of the Services. The rights granted to you in this Agreement are subject to the following restrictions: (a) you shall not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, reproduce, distribute, host or otherwise commercially exploit Services or any portion of Services; (b) you shall not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other Services (including images, text, page layout or form); (c) you shall not use any metatags or other “hidden text” using Spyce’s name or trademarks; (d) you shall not modify, translate, adapt, merge, make derivative works of, disassemble, decompile, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of Services except to the extent the foregoing restrictions are expressly prohibited by applicable law; (e) you shall not use any manual or automated software, devices or other processes (including but not limited to spiders, robots, scrapers, crawlers, avatars, data mining tools or the like) to “scrape” or download data from the Services; (f) you shall not access Services in order to build similar or competitive products or services; (g) except as expressly stated herein, no part of Services may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means; (h) you shall not remove or destroy any copyright notices or other proprietary markings contained on or in Services; (i) you shall not circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade, or thwart any of the protections of the Services; (j) you will not take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole determination) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our technical infrastructure; and (k) you will not interfere with or attempt to interrupt the proper operation of the Services through any virus, device, information collection or transmission mechanisms, software or routine, or access or attempt to gain access to any data, files, or passwords related to the Services through hacking, password or data mining, or any other means. Any future release, update or other addition to Services shall be subject to this Agreement. Spyce reserves all rights not granted in this Agreement. Any unauthorized use of Services terminates the licenses granted by Spyce pursuant to this Agreement. The foregoing sentence is not exclusive of any other rights or remedies that may be available to Spyce under law, equity, statute, or otherwise.
Restrictions on Use of the Services. In using the Synapse-Enabled Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or are of at least the legal age of capacity applicable in your jurisdiction), and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms of Service. Restrictions on Use of the Services. Partner acknowledges and agrees that Partner’s use of any Services provided to Partner in connection with Partner’s activities hereunder is governed by the terms of the xxxxxxxxxx.xxx Master Subscription Agreement found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/company/msa.jsp, unless Partner has a written master subscription agreement executed by SFDC for such Services as referenced in the Documentation, in which case such written xxxxxxxxxx.xxx master subscription agreement will govern (as applicable, the “MSA”).

Any use other than that by any user is expressly prohibited Article 21.3 In addition to any other rights afforded to TechniPhi under the Agreement, TechniPhi reserves the right to remove or disable access to any material that violates the foregoing restrictions. TechniPhi shall have no liability to You in the event that TechniPhi takes such action. Article 21.4 You agree to defend and indemnify TechniPhi against any claim arising out of a violation of Your obligations under this section.
Restrictions on Use of the Services. CLIENT may not alter, resell or sublicense the Services or provide the Services as a service bureau. CLIENT, its employees, agents and representatives and any other authorized users of the Client Account, agree not to reverse engineer the Services, including but not limited to the Website and any of its capabilities or features, or its software or other technology. CLIENT will not use or access the Services to: (i) build a competitive product or service, (ii) make or have made a product having similar ideas, features, functions or graphics to those of the Services, (iii) make derivative works based upon the Services or (iv) copy any features, functions or graphics of the Services. CLIENT will not "frame" or "mirror" the Service. Use, resale or exploitation of the Service except as expressly permitted in this Agreement is prohibited. CLIENT acknowledges and agrees that any breach by it, or by any of its agents, employees, or representatives, of this Section shall cause irreparable injury to POLICEAPP and that, in such an event, and in addition to any other remedies that may be available, in law, in equity, or otherwise, POLICEAPP shall be entitled to seek and obtain injunctive relief against any threatened or continuing breach hereof.
