  • Annual Work Plans and Budgets The Recipient shall:

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget 1. The Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the Association for its approval, not later than November 30 of each year during the implementation of the Project, an Annual Work Plan and Budget containing all eligible Project activities and expenditures planned for the following FY, including a specification of the source or sources of financing for each contract for eligible expenditures and the percentage of financing of each contract from each such source.

  • TASK 1 GENERAL PROJECT TASKS PRODUCTS

  • Payments and Completion Payments may be withheld because of (1) defective work not remedied; (2) failure of contractor to make proper payments to subcontractors, workers, or suppliers; (3) persistent failure to carry out work in acceptance with this Agreement or these general conditions, or (4) legal claims. Final payment will be due after complete release of any and all liens arising out of the contract or submission of receipts or other evidence of payment covering all subcontractors or suppliers who could file such a lien. The contractor agrees to indemnify the Owner against such liens and will refund all monies including costs and reasonable attorney’s fees paid by the owner in discharging the liens. A 10 percent holdback is required by the lender to assure the work has been properly completed and there are no liens against the property.   • Professional Development Allowance 55.1 The CEO may, subject to this clause, approve the reimbursement or payment of financial assistance to a Science and Engineering Professional employee to offset professional development costs.

  • Cash Basis and Budget Laws The right of the City to enter into this Agreement is subject to the provisions of the Cash Basis Law (K.S.A. 10-1112 and 10-1113), the Budget Law (K.S.A. 79-2935), and all other laws of the State of Kansas. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted so as to ensure that the City shall at all times stay in conformity with such laws, and as a condition of this Agreement the City reserves the right to unilaterally sever, modify, or terminate this Agreement at any time if, in the opinion of its legal counsel, the Agreement may be deemed to violate the terms of such laws.

  • EVALUATION OF PROJECT BENEFITS The goal of this task is to report the benefits resulting from this project. The Recipient shall:

  • Budget Modifications The total Approved Budget and the assignment of costs may be adjusted based on implementation of the Scope of Work, spending patterns, and unexpended funds, but only by an amendment to the Approved Budget. In no event shall an amendment to the Approved Budget result in payments in excess of the aggregate amount specified in Section 2.01 “Award of Monies” or in approved supplemental funding for the Project, if any.
