PAYMENT AND INVOICES. In the event a balance is due by the Chapter for services rendered rendered, NIGP shall invoice Chapter for each Course within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of each Course. Invoices shall include: (i) the title of the Course; (ii) the date(s) of the Course;; (iii) the per attendee fee in accordance with Section 3.1; and (iv) the invoice total based on the registered number of attendees for which the Chapter is responsible. Invoices shall be submitted to the Chapter Contact, as set forth in Section 6. Invoice terms are net 30 days.
