Payment by Check-Off. During the life of this Agreement, and in accordance with the terms of the form "Authorization of Check-Off Dues," after Employee authorization, the Employer agrees to deduct an amount equal to membership dues levied in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws of the Union from the pay of each Employee who executes or has executed the "Authorization for Payroll Deduction for Union Dues or Service Fee form."
