Payment for Call Outs Sample Clauses

The 'Payment for Call Outs' clause defines the terms under which a party is compensated for responding to requests for service or attendance outside of regular working hours or in response to specific incidents. Typically, this clause outlines the rates, minimum charges, and circumstances that trigger a call out payment, such as emergency repairs or after-hours support. Its core function is to ensure fair compensation for additional work performed outside standard duties, thereby clarifying expectations and reducing disputes over extra payments.
