Payment for Call Outs. 14.3.1 An employee on call shall be paid at double time for the time required to complete each call out, except for work performed before and after the usual starting and finishing times on a public holiday, in which case the rate is double time and one half. Payment commences from the time the employee departs for work and ceases when the employee arrives home immediately on completion of the work.

Payment for Call Outs. An on-call employee shall be paid, in addition to the availability allowance, at double ordinary time rate of pay for the time required to complete each call out. Such rates shall be paid from the time that the employee departs for work.
Payment for Call Outs. Every person covered by this Agreement who is called out and required to work outside the regular working hours shall be paid at overtime rates, with a minimum of two (2) hours, and shall be paid from the time the employee leaves their home to report for duty until the time the employee arrives back upon proceeding directly from work.
Payment for Call Outs. The payment for each call out will be a minimum of 2 hours at time and one half the ordinary rate and 2 hours at double time the ordinary rate. For call outs longer than 4 hours in duration, double time shall continue until completion of the call. For multiple call outs while at the same site within 4 hours from time of notification of the first call out, there will be no additional call out payment (i.e. the first notification time will be the commencement of the call out).

Actual time worked will be deemed to apply from the time the employee leaves home to the time they return home. Time will accumulate so that once the Employee has worked 2 hours at time and a half any further time will be at double time.

Payment for Call Outs. (a) A team member who is in receipt of a standby allowance responding to a call-out, will be paid double time for all time worked on a call-out, with a minimum payment of three (3) hours excluding remote response described in clause 5.8.4(a). Actual time worked will be deemed to apply from the time the team member leaves home to the time they return home.

All requests for transportation reimbursement must be submitted to the Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services for prior approval before payment can be authorized.

  • Time Off in Lieu of Payment for Overtime An employee may elect, with the consent of the Company, to take time off in lieu of payment of overtime at a time or times agreed with the Company.
