Weekly Payment. The Engager agrees that all Artists shall be paid not later than the beginning of the first rehearsal on Thursday of each week.
Weekly Payment. 12 EXECUTION COPY ASSET PURCHASE AND CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT THIS ASSET PURCHASE AND CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of May 31, 1997, by and among MCM LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, an Illinois limited partnership d/b/a Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Galleries and Gallery Lara ("MCM"), ART RENAISSANCE, INC., a Delaware corporation ("ARI"), and ART RENAISSANCE CHICAGO, INC., a Delaware corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of ARI ("Sub").
Weekly Payment. Customer agrees to weekly payment terms pursuant to which payment for invoices for purchases made Saturday through Friday must be received on or before the following Friday.
Weekly Payment. If authorized by WORLDPAC in writing, Company shall pay its Account balance on a weekly basis as provided in this Section 2(b) of these WORLDPAC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE. If Company is authorized to pay its Account balance on a weekly basis, WORLDPAC will invoice Company electronically via the System each month. Company shall pay all such invoices by the end of the week following the billing cycle week. A service charge of [***] per month will be collected against all amounts which are past due.

Weekly Payment. The employer will endeavour to ensure adequate work is available and allocated to employees engaged as long distance drivers. However due to the nature of the business, situations may arise, beyond the control of the employer, where long distance haulage work is not available. In these cases the employer will pay a minimum nominal payment for a week to permanent drivers. Such payment may not be substituted for annual or unpaid leave.

The Employer agrees that all Artists, except those Artists engaged for single performance, shall be paid by cash or check or direct deposit not later than 12:00 noon on Friday of each week of employment. Artists who are engaged on a single performance basis shall be paid by cash or check immediately preceding the commencement of each individual performance for which they have been engaged. All overtime payments, penalty payments, or any other payments which arise separate and apart from the weekly minimum salaries shall be paid by the Employer to the Artist no later than two (2) weeks following the submission of the overtime schedule to the Employer. While on tour, Artists shall be paid by direct deposit or check with suitable arrangements made for cashing of checks. When the arrival in a foreign city is on either Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, the Employer will ensure that provisions will be available to change U.S. dollars into the foreign currency. Payment of meal money will be paid at the same time as the weekly salary.
