Payment for Injured Team Members. In the event that a Team Member is injured in the performance of his/her duties and based on medical documentation is absent from work, he/she shall, to the extent that he/she is required to stop work and receive treatment, be paid at his/her applicable rate for the hours absent during the shift that the injury occurred. The Company will provide or arrange for suitable transportation on the day of the injury for the Team Member to the doctor or hospital and back to the plant and/or his/her home.
